يهدف البحث إلى بيان مفهوم الجهاد عند ابن إدريس الحِلِّيّ، إذْ يمثِّل صورة واضحة المعالم، ساطعة المظاهر في المفهوم الجهاديّ الإيجابيّ عند المسلمين عامَّة، والإماميَّة خاصَّة، وهو ينطلقُ من قصديَّة الدفاع عن الإسلام والبلاد، والحفاظ عن النفس والمال والعرض، لا يعرفُ للهجوم مظهرًا والاعتداء وسلب الحقوق معلمًا، وفي ذلك ردٌ صارخٌ على الذين اتَّهموا الإسلام بالإرهاب والقتل وما إلى ذلك من صور التمادي.
تكوَّن البحث من أربعة محاور تسبقها تمهيد ومقدِّمة وتعقبتها خاتمة، بيَّن التمهيد مفهوم الجهاد لغةً واصطلاحًا، وجاء المحور الأوَّل بعنوان: مفهوم الجهاد عند الشيخ محمَّد بن إدريس الحِلِّيّ، وشروطه، وواقع الجهاد مع الحاكم الجائر، وتناول المحور الثاني: قتال الكفَّار.. أصنافهم.. شروط قتالهم وأساليبه.. غنائمهم، إجابات الشيخ محمَّد بن إدريس الحِلِّيّ وإيضاحاته على قتال الكفَّار، وبيان أصنافهم وشروط وأساليب قتال الكفار، وكيفيَّة تقسيم غنائمهم، وسلَّط المحور الثالث: أهل البغي.. المفهوم.. أصنافهم.. شروط قتالهم، في تعريف الباغي، وتصنيف أهل البغي وشروط قتالهم عند الشيخ محمَّد بن إدريس الحِلِّيّ، وخُصَّ المحور الرابع ببيان مقاصد الجهاد، بوصفه فريضة من فرائض الإسلام.
وقد اعتمدنا في تبيان هذه المحاور الأربعة على ما دوَّنه ابنُ إدريس الحِلِّيّ في كتابه القيِّم (السرائر الحاوي لتحرير الفتاوي)، لاسيَّما في كتاب الجهاد وسيرة الإمام باب فرض الجهاد، زد على ذلك الرجوع إلى الكتب الفقهيَّة والأصوليَّة لعلماء الدين الإسلاميّ.

The research aims to clarify the concept of Al-Jihad among Ibn Idris Al-Hilli as it represents a clear-cut picture, shining appearances in the positive jihadi concept among Muslims in general, and the Imami in particular, and it stems from the intention of defending Islam and the country and preserving self, money and presentation, it is not known to attack as a manifestation and assault and the deprivation of rights Teacher, and that is a blatant response to those who have accused Islam of terrorism, murder, and other forms of persistence.
The research consisted of four topics, preamble, introduction and conclusion, the preamble clarified the concept of Al-Jihad with language and terminology, and the first topic came under the title: The concept of Al-Jihad for Sheikh Muhammad bin Idris Al-Hilly, and its conditions, and the reality of Al-Jihad with the unjust ruler.
The second topic dealt with: the fight of the infidels.. their classes.. the conditions of their fighting and its methods.. their spoils, the answers of Sheikh Muhammad bin Idris Al-Hilli and his clarifications on the fight of the infidels, the statement of their classes and the conditions and methods of fighting the infidels, and how to divide their spoils, And the third topic shed: The people of the prostitute, the concept, their classes, the conditions for their fight, in defining the prostitute, and the classification of the people of the prostitute and the conditions for their fighting at Sheikh Muhammad bin Idris Al-Hilli, and the fourth topic singled out a statement: the purposes of Al-Jihad, as an obligation of
Islam.
And we have relied on clarifying these four subjects on what Ibn Idris Al-Hilly wrote in his valuable book (Al-Saraer Al-Hawy Le-Tahrir Al-Fatwy), especially in the book of Al-Jihad and the biography of the Imam the chapter of imposing Al-Jihad, In addition, we refer to the books of jurisprudence and fundamentalism for Islamic scholars.
