شهدت الحِلَّة الفيحاء حركة علميَّة ظهرت فيها مع تأسيسها على يد المزيديِّين وتوسَّعت ونضجت مع ظهور فقيهها المجدِّد ابن إدريس الحِلِّيّ، ثمَّ شهدت رونقًا علميًَّا بظهور أسر علميَّة درج العلم في رجالاتها نحو أسرة آل فخار، وهي إحدى فروع الدوحة الموسويَّة، وهم ذريَّة الإمام موسى بن جعفر الكاظم من آل السيِّد إبراهيم المجاب، فهي أسرة نشأ العلم بين أفرادها لأربعة أجيال، وتخرَّج كثيرٌ من العلماء الحِلِّيِّين وغير الحِلِّيِّين على أيديهم.
وامتازت هذه الأسرة الكريمة بسعة الاطِّلاع في مجال الحديث الشريف وعلومه، واشتهرت كذلك في مجال الأنساب، ولاسيَّما ثبت أنساب الأسر الهاشميَّة والحفاظ عليها، ومع أنَّنا لم نجد لهم مُصنَّفات في الأنساب في كتب الفهارس وغيرها من المصادر، إلَّا أنَّ كتب الأنساب تشهد لهذه الأسرة في هذا المجال.
وعرفت لهذه الأسرة بعض الكتب والمؤلَّفات الصحيحة الصريحة والأخرى التي نسبت لهم، كان أبرزها كتاب (الحجَّة على الذاهب إلى تكفير أبي طالب) أو (إيمان أبي طالب) تأليف العلَّامة الحجَّة السيِّد فخار بن معد بن فخار الموسويّ الحائريّ، وهو من نوادر علماء الشيعة الذين اختص في الكتابة عن شخصية أبي طالب (رضوان الله عليه) عمّ النبي التي استهدفتها أقلام السلطتَين الأمويَّة والعبَّاسيَّة، فكفَّرته تارةً، ورمته بالشرك تارةً أخرى.
لذا جاء البحث للكشف عن الجهود العلميَّة لهذه الأسرة وإبرازها بالبحث في المصَّنفات المختلفة نحو سلاسل الإجازات، وكتب الرجال، والأنساب والطبقات.

Then it witnessed a scientific luster with the emergence of scientific families that included knowledge in their men, such as the family of Al-Fakhar, which is one of the branches of Mousawiyya family, the descent of Imam Musa bin Jaafar Al-Kadhim (PBUH) from the family of Sayyid Ibrahim Al-Mujab, which is a family whose members have learned knowledge for four generations, and many local and non-Hillian scholars have graduated from their hands.
This noble family was distinguished by its wide knowledge in the field of noble hadith and its sciences, and it was also famous in the field of genealogy, especially the genealogies of the Hashemite families were proven and preserved, and although we did not find their genealogy writings in the books of indexes and other sources, genealogy books testify to this family in this field.
Some explicit authentic books of this family And the other that was attributed to them were well known, the most famous of which was the book (Al Hujjah Ala Al-Zahab 'Iilaa takfir Abi talib), or (Iman Abi Talib), authored by the scholar Al-Hujjah, sayyid Fikhar Bin Ma'ad Bin Fikhar Al-Mousawi Al-Haeri, and it is one of the rare Shiite scholars who specialized in writing about the personality of Abu Talib (may God be pleased with him), The uncle of the Prophet (may God’s prayers be upon him and his family) who were targeted by the clerics of the Umayyad and Abbasid authorities, and at times they atoned him, and others threw him into polytheism at other times.
Therefore, the research came as an attempt by the researcher to uncover and highlight the excellent scientific efforts of this honorable family through researching various compilations such as authorities series, men's books, genealogies and classes.
